4 Key Reasons to Prototype

Prototyping may not be about the prototype itself, but its role in the design & development process. A good prototype acts as a catalyst for communication within the creative team, and as a living sketch - expressing ideas and directions as they evolve in the product & experience design process.

At a Foo Café event in Sweden, Mathias Lewin and Emil Wasberger presented their perspective on why & how to prototype, as well as some hands on tips.  The process of prototyping is often more important than the resulting prototype.
